Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 48 Hours for us to process your order. Expect an email within that 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Flourish Home and Gifts - 325 Main Road, Huapai, Auckland 0810. You can place your order online and select the option to pick up from in store if that is your preference. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and ready for pick up. Orders can be picked up daily, from 9:30am-5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup!

DELIVERIES:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Orders will be out for delivery within 48 hours of the order placed.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking
information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 4 working business days using Pass the Parcel. A standard flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to orders shipping to urban areas, and $12 for rural areas.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at orders.flourish@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of payment and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
