Gotcha Good

This Korean-inspired number delivers a bold hit of umami with just the right balance of heat, sweetness, and tang.

Drizzle it, marinate with it, or mix it straight through your noodles. However you use it, this one is going to getcha hooked.

It’s perfect for flavour-packed rice bowls, fiery bibimbap, and slurpy noodles with a kick. Brush it over Korean fried chicken or cauliflower wings, toss it through crispy roast veggies, or use it as a dipping sauce for dumplings, bao or spring rolls. Stir it into a stir-fry, give soups a spicy lift, or spoon it over grilled meats and tofu for a bold finish.
